:Requirements/Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in retail sales operations or coordination, preferably in water filters, home appliances, or consumer electronics.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a must.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Familiarity with installation and technical processes related to water filtration systems is a plus.
