Project Manager (Engineer)
Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing and executing construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts (technical and contractual aspects).
• Strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to monitor project progress, control schedules, costs, and ensure quality standards.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills with consultants and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from planning through final delivery.
• Manage contracts and claims in accordance with FIDIC conditions.
• Oversee execution plans and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Supervise technical teams and ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
