:job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will act as a key technical advisor and product advocate, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role bridges the gap between the sales team and the engineering department, ensuring that customers receive both the technical insight and support necessary to make informed purchasing decisions
:Key Responsibilities
:Understand Customer Needs

Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges
Conduct needs assessments to determine appropriate product or service solutions.
: Provide Technical Support & Product Demonstrations
Deliver in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
Respond promptly to technical inquiries and provide accurate, customized solutions to clients.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation.
: Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships
Establish trust and credibility with clients through consistent follow-up and value-driven communication.
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business engagement.
: Contribute to Sales Targets & Revenue Growth
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through client interactions and market research.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Follow up with clients via visits, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
: Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work closely with the engineering, product development, and sales teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
Ensure alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.
:Prepare Reports & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress toward targets and recommending improvements
: Stay Updated on Industry Trends
Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
Attend relevant training sessions, seminars, and workshops.
:Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a related engineering role.
Strong understanding of technical products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and communication platforms (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
:Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a B2B technical sales environment.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
